Homeschool Policy

Homeschool families participating in CCA services:

Documents

Must sign Parent/Student Handbook, Statement of Faith, fully complete the enrollment process, and successfully complete a background check.

Requirements

  • Must submit an updated immunization record for each student or statement of exemption
  • Must pay semester enrollment fee
  • Must commit for one semester
  • Must be in uniform for all school activities
  • Parent must volunteer 5 hours per semester or pay volunteer fee
  • Must participate in school fundraisers
  • Must file a notification of intent to homeschool that includes the details of the established home-based education program and the school district in which they reside.
  • Homeschool students have the option to participate in school service learning days and field trips. If participating in a field trip, the family must pay the organizing teacher per communication given to all families.

Wednesday Enrichment Schedule

8:00 AM Morning Motions (engage your brain activities)

8:20 Chapel, Classroom instruction to follow

11:30 Recess/Lunch

12:30 PM – 3:25 PM Regular classroom instruction per grade level schedule

Athletic Participation for schools with athletic programs:

  • Must be a member of the full day homeschool program.
  • Must try out for an available spot on the team.
  • May not displace a full time student. 
  • Must attend all practices. 
  • Must pay all athletic fees.
  • Must be in good academic standing according to homeschool grade reports.
