About Variable Tuition at
Christian Covenant Academy:
Variable Tuition is:
- Based upon needs of applicants (both custodial and non-custodial parents) and availability of funding.
- Given for one year at a time. Families may re-apply if the need persists.
Who is eligible:
- Existing families of students in K-12 in good academic, attendance, behavioral, financial and volunteer standing who have completed enrollment.
- New families with students in K-12 who have completed the enrollment process and paid registration fees.
- Highest priority goes to returning CCA families.
- Ministry Leaders will continue to follow these guidelines here.
Potential Award Levels:
- 0%, 10%, 20%, or 40% of total family tuition unless there is a significant family need or unusual circumstance.
- Amount may vary from year to year based on family circumstances, funds available, and needs.
- All families are expected to contribute a portion of the tuition.
How to Apply:
- Notify Michelle Davis at michelle.davis@christiancovenantacademy.org .
- Gather all financial information including prior year taxes, 2 months of pay stubs, and household expenditures
- Enter your financial information and complete all required fields in the Family Variable Tuition budget worksheet that will be sent to you. (This link is a sample only. Do not fill this one out.).
- Once you receive your confidential family worksheet, you may begin filling out and adjusting the worksheet based on your confidential information. Please make sure to NOT edit any of the spaces highlighted yellow. Those spaces will automatically be calculated. This budget is a tool to help support your decision making.
- Complete the Variable Tuition Application Form essay question. We are unable to review your application until the Grant and Aid application form and essay are complete and verified).
- Submit financial aid documentation through the confidential BeneFAQ system. Click this link https://www.benefaq.com/ and set up a PARENT Account. Please make sure that you do not choose staff. Then, choose Christian Covenant Academy as your school.
Information needed to complete your application:
- After completing the Google application, you will need your tax documentation, pay stubs and budget to complete the BeneFAQ online documentation system..
- Payment of your non-refundable $35 application fee directly to BeneFAQ.
Key Deadlines for the School Year:
- June 1: All Families notify Michelle Davis of intent to apply at michelle.davis@chri stiancovenantacademy.org
- July 1: Enrollment Proposed Budget Set, applications after July 1 will be considered dependent on budgetary restrictions
What is the CCA Tuition decision making process?
- The Grant and Aid online application is reviewed by the CCA Variable Tuition Committee and will be kept confidential.
- Variable Tuition rates are granted based on demonstrated need, family situation, and available funds.
- Applications must be verified by document submission to Michelle Davis to be considered for Variable Tuition.
How and when will I be notified?
- Recipients will be notified by Michelle Davis of the committee’s decision once all documentation has been submitted to her and processed (10-15 working Days). Should you need a modification to this plan, you should contact the CEO Michelle Davis.

- Recipients must remain in good standing with the school including attendance, passing grades, good behavior, and volunteer hours.
